  • This form is to naturalize and become a U.S. Citizen if you were born outside the United States.

  • Apply for or renew your work authorization with form I-765.

Apply for a reentry permit, refugee travel document, TPS travel authorization document, or advance parole travel document, depending on your status, with form I-131.

  • This application is for those who are conditional permanent residents who obtained status through marriage and want to apply to remove the conditions on their permanent resident status.

If your spouse is abusive, filing the I-751 petition may be difficult. Abusive partners often use the immigration process as leverage. U.S. law provides a solution: file the I-751 alone with an abuse "waiver" if you can prove the situation. After approval, your right to stay and work in the U.S. remains, independent of your marital status.

You may file an I-751 at any time if you have a final order of divorce or annulment, but you must prove you entered your marriage in good faith.

  • If you qualify, apply for lawful permanent resident status if you are in the United States.

If you have a Green Card and you lost it, destroyed it, never received it, or it is going to expire, apply to replace your Green Card using Form I-90.

  • If you receive a request for evidence and are unsure of how to start or how to move forward, we are happy to review and provide clarity and help with moving forward so your case is not denied.

  • For those who have suffered through emotional, mental, psychological, and/or physical abuse at the hands of U.S. Citizen spouse, Permanent Resident spouse, or U.S. Citizen adult son or daughter.

If approved, you receive protection from deportation, a work authorization, a travel document, and ability to apply for Green Card. Receiving a Green Card through VAWA allows you to apply for Citizenship after 3 years.

  • This form is for U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents who would like to apply for an eligible relative(s) who intend(s) to permanently come to or stay in the United States and obtain a Green Card.

Wait time depends on the status of the applicant and who they are applying for.

  • If you are an eligible national of a designated country or a person without nationality who last habitually resided in the designated country, you may apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). When filing an initial TPS application or re-registering for TPS, you can also request an Employment Authorization Document.
